No. Your team responds via email, Slack, or Webex – tools they already use. To them, it's just a message to respond to. Only you (the delegator) need a Milton account.
Milton tracks responses and can send reminders. You'll see who responded and who didn't. During onboarding, we'll help you craft delegations that get high response rates.
